Cuboid pain

Your cuboid bone belongs to the little bones in your body however plays a large role within the purpose of the feet as well as foot biomechanics. That bone is on the exterior of the feet, just in front of the ankle joint. The muscle in the exterior from the lower-leg, provides a tendon of which moves down the outside of the ankle joint and that tendon moves under the cuboid on the exterior with the feet to pass to the medial side of the feet. If this is not secure, the actual cuboid can move once the muscle contracts. That movement may be distressing, resulting a diagnosis is acknowledged as cuboid syndrome.
